SMILE is a documentary theater production that explores my personal experience with grief as I examine and reflect on the legacy of my late father. The work uses projection to illustrate the fragmented idea of “home” and the memories that spaces can hold. This production combines projection design and personal archives to create empathic work inspired by my family’s photographic archive.
